Become a Business Intelligence Specialist Linkedin Course
Finished a 24 hour course on LinkedIn Learning on Business Intelligence. The key points on the course emphasized complicated business scenarios and how to deal with them, common analysis pitfalls, statistical concepts, industry standard technologies and data visualization theory.
The technologies covered were Excel, PowerBI and Tableau. With many exercises and case studies along the way, this course enforced my knowledge of Business Intelligence but also for Statistic concepts in general. With this course, I was able to start projects with much more confidence and is certainly a great addition to any data analyst's career.

CS Bachelor's Degree
From 2019 to 2023, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the State University of Maringá, finishing with a GPA of 3.3. During my studies, I had the chance to attend numerous events related to computer science research, gaining hands-on experience with various technologies, programming languages, and software. Collaborating with an amazing team of professors and peers made me fall in love with the field. My time at university was truly enriching, and I have no regrets about my choice of course.
I also want to mention that I participated in two undergraduate research projects on HCI. The first was on Gesture Recognition with Leap Motion and another one on Dashboard Design. Then my bachelor's thesis was also on dashboard design. These studies made me veri interested in Data Analysis, dashboard design and data visualization fields.

Kreativstorm DA Program
Completed a 2-month international Data Analysis training program with Kreativstorm, collaborating with a diverse team of students and professional data analysts from around the world. Together, we tackled complex case studies, including projects analyzing household behavior in the UK.
Through this experience, I strengthened my theoretical understanding of statistics and data analysis, applied practical skills in R and Python, and developed expertise in hypothesis testing, variable correlation analysis, and case study problem-solving. In addition, working in an international team improved my spoken and written English, enhancing my ability to communicate data insights effectively.

EAITI 2022
Participated in EAITI (Annual Meeting of Technological Initiation and Innovation) to present my project on Gesture Recognition for Health Information Systems to substitute touch based devices such as mouses and keyboards to combat disease proliferation. The event brought together students from various universities to showcase research from diverse fields including Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Computer Science, and more, offering a rich exchange of scientific knowledge.
This event not only brought me interest in the field of HCI as a whole, but also to the process of research and development (R&D). Additionally, it gave me a lot of practice with public speaking.

Shiny Certificate
Completed a LinkedIn Learning course covering the fundamentals of programming in R with the Shiny package, a popular tool for building web applications and dashboards. I learned how to create apps offline, integrate R and ggplot2 visualizations, add interactive controls for users, and deploy applications online.

CBIS 2022
Attended the 19th Brazilian Congress of Health Informatics (CBIS), organized by SBIS, to present my Gesture Recognition for Health Information Systems project with the objective of creating a system with the Leap Motion sensor to substitute traditional touch-based interaction systems with computers such as touchpads, mouses and keyboards, this was to prevent the proliferation of disease through touch, specially after the COVID-19 outbreak in Brazil.
This event offered the opportunity to meet leading researchers and demonstrate how computer science research can address real-life challenges in health systems. Thanks to my team’s hard work, we were able to publish our project as a paper.

Completed an introductory course in SQL, which helped me develop essential skills for data analysis. I learned how to query relational databases using SQLite, explore data to answer specific questions, follow SQL best practices, understand key SQL concepts, and import/export data for analysis projects.

Completed an English course at the Pink and Blue Freedom School of Languages. Since finishing the course, I have maintained daily contact with English and developed strong abilities in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. I now use English regularly with fluency and confidence.

I learned how to import datasets, navigate the interface, create various visualizations, manipulate and segment data, and design dashboards and stories to communicate insights effectively.
